CLAYTON GLYN BRAZIER is the founder and former CEO of Atlantic Pacific Communications, Inc., an international voice and data communications cabling infrastructure consulting and contracting firm. Since his sale of the company in 2000 to Eagle Broadband (AMX / EAG) Clayton has served as President of Brazier Enterprises, LLC., a consulting, leasing and investment firm. Clayton also serves as Vice-President of Chef Alberto Gourmet Foods and he and his wife Debbie are owners in The State Grille, formerly The Confederate House Restaurant. A former actor for many years, Clayton has appeared in numerous local, regional and national commercials, television and films including TV’s "Unsolved Mysteries" and movies "The Last Boy Scout" (Bruce Willis) and "The Evening Star" (Shirley McLain). Clayton is a past president of the Houston Association for Film and Television and a recipient of the prestigious national "Telly Award" and also of the International Television Association’s "Vector Award for Excellence." An expert horseman, Clayton spent several years racing Arabian horses in regional and national 50 mile cross country endurance races and was seeded in the top of his class in the American Endurance Riders Conference. Always the adventurer, Clayton has sky dived, scuba dived, flown, ballooned, hunted and fished his way around the world. Active in local charitable organizations, Clayton chaired the Houston Children’s Charity’s 3rd Annual Smoker in May 2000. Clayton has been involved with HCC for several years prior to his election to the board three years ago and was active with the Variety Club of Houston prior to that. Clayton participates in the American Heart Association and works with the Tracy Lawrence Celebrity Golf Tournament benefiting Cystic Fibrosis, which he co-chaired with Debbie this year in April. Clayton is a native Houstonian and married to Debbie (Pipia) Brazier who is the President of Chef Alberto Gourmet Foods and the Director of Marketing for Club Caracol Resort in Playa del Carmen, Mexico.
