Chef's Grilled
Lamb Steak Ingredients: Mix marinade ingredients. Reserve 1/3 cup of marinade. Pour remaining
marinade over the lamb steaks and keep in plastic or glass container in
refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours. Prepare grill. Remove the steaks from the
marinade, grind fresh black pepper over them on both sides. Place the
