Chef's Grilled Lamb Steak Ingredients: 4 lamb loin chops 3/4 inch thick Marinade 1/2 cup olive oil 1/3 cup dry red wine 1/3 cup soy sauce 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 2 teaspoons Chef Alberto All Purpose Seasoning 1 teaspoon fresh garlic -- minced 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary -- minced 1 teaspoon dry English mustard 1 tablespoon Worchestershire sauce fresh ground black pepper Mix marinade ingredients. Reserve 1/3 cup of marinade. Pour remaining marinade over the lamb steaks and keep in plastic or glass container in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours. Prepare grill. Remove the steaks from the marinade, grind fresh black pepper over them on both sides. Place the steaks on the grill and cook 3-5 minutes per side. Serves 4. Copyright
