Chef's Beef Stroganoff Ingredients: Stir meat in heated skillet with oil until brown. Add onions and garlic,
cook until onions are glossy. Add Chef Alberto
All Purpose Gourmet Seasoning, paprika and bay leaf, cook a
few minutes. Add sherry and mushrooms, simmer a few minutes longer. Add
tomato sauce and brown gray, cover and cook until meat is tender. Stir
in sour cream and dill pickle. Serve over buttered egg noodles. Serves
