Chef's Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients:

2 pounds sirloin steak, trimmed -- Cut in strips
2 Onion -- Julienned
2 cloves Garlic -- chopped
1 tablespoon Chef Alberto All Purpose Seasoning
1 Bay leaf
1/2 cup Sherry
1/2 pound Fresh mushrooms -- sliced
1 cup Tomato sauce
1 cup brown gravy
1 dill pickle -- small julienne
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 tablespoon paprika
2 tablespoons olive oil

Stir meat in heated skillet with oil until brown. Add onions and garlic, cook until onions are glossy. Add Chef Alberto All Purpose Gourmet Seasoning, paprika and bay leaf, cook a few minutes. Add sherry and mushrooms, simmer a few minutes longer. Add tomato sauce and brown gray, cover and cook until meat is tender. Stir in sour cream and dill pickle. Serve over buttered egg noodles. Serves 6.
