Chef's Baked
Bass/French Style Ingredients: Season fish filets with Chef Alberto Italian Gourmet
Seasoning. Place on buttered foil pan or baking dish. Arrange
slice tomatoes on filets...add wine. Combine garlic, chives, parsley,
bread crumbs and butter. Spread over fish fillets with tomatoes. Bake
