Chef's Baked Bass/French Style


Ingredients:

1 tablespoon Chef Alberto Italian Seasoning
1 clove garlic -- minced
1 ripe tomato -- sliced
1 tablespoon chives -- chopped
2 tablespoons parsley -- chopped
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter
14 cups dry white wine


Season fish filets with Chef Alberto Italian Gourmet Seasoning. Place on buttered foil pan or baking dish. Arrange slice tomatoes on filets...add wine. Combine garlic, chives, parsley, bread crumbs and butter. Spread over fish fillets with tomatoes. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Serves 4.
