Salmon on the Grill
Ingredients: In large bowl combine all ingredients - except salmon & parsley for
marinade and sauce. Add salmon steaks and cover with plastic wrap and
refrigerate 1 hour. Remove steaks from marinade and reserve marinade.
Brush steaks with olive oil. Place fish on lightly oiled cooking grill
or basket and cook on direct high heat. Brown both sides - 5 to 6 minutes.
turning over once. Place fish steaks on warm platter. Heat reserved marinade,
add chopped parsley. Spoon herb sauce of salmon, serve with lemon wedges.
Can also be sued for Halibut, Fresh tuna, Swordfish, Bass, Lake trout
and whitefish. If fresh herbs are not available substitute dried at half
