Steak Pizziola Ingredients: Season the steaks with Chef Alberto's Italian
Gourmet Seasoning. Put oil and butter in large heated skillet
over medium high heat. Sear the steaks on both sides until golden brown.
Transfer to heated plate. In same skillet over medium heat add pepper
and garlic and cook for a few minutes Then add bay leaf, parsley, wine
and tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes to reduce sauce. Add the steaks and
cook for a few more minutes. Serve with pasta or rice. Add fresh ground
